We are not responsible for wrong items ordered or compatibility issues. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, cords, etc. and must be in resalable condition. We will only accept items that have not been opened. Opened items will not be accepted for return. All software is not returnable at all. All returns are subject to inspection before being accepted. Returns must be authorized in advance. There will be a 25% cancellation charge on ALL orders that are cancelled after being placed. This includes all orders for items that go on back order. If items are on backorder longer than 14 business days, we will waive the cancellation fee. Our 10-minute installation guarantee is limited to the Lucent Partner ACS, Lucent Legend and Lucent Magix systems only. A complete system including control unit, telephones and voice mail, must be purchased together. Our guarantee doesn't apply to any system that has components purchased elsewhere or separately.
